I chose a dress with you — will the courier deliver it anywhere?
Yes. If you chose a dress during your visit to our salon, you can have it delivered by our courier to any address in the Czech Republic. This service is completely FREE, except for the Moravian-Silesian, Olomouc and Zlín regions (see the map below; a CZK 2,000 surcharge applies to this area). The service covers both delivery and pick-up after your event, and applies to wedding dresses, evening and prom dresses as well as men's suits.
I don't know my wedding or prom date yet — can I still reserve a dress?
To reserve a dress we need to know the date of your event, so we can guarantee the model's availability for you. However, it is possible to reserve a dress for a longer period covering several likely dates. We therefore recommend visiting us as early as possible before each event to secure the widest choice.
How much is the reservation deposit?
The deposit depends on the rental price of the garment. For evening dresses and suits the minimum reservation fee is CZK 2,000; for wedding dresses, half of the rental price is normally paid.
What if I damage the dress?
We are human too and understanding about most things. If the dress can be repaired, we will only charge you the repair costs — most minor repairs cost no more than a few hundred crowns. If you are still worried about accidentally staining or damaging the dress, you can insure it with our Peace-of-Mind programme and enjoy your day completely worry-free.
What about sizes?
Our salon boasts more than 1,500 dresses in all sizes from 32 to 54! The selection is so wide that we recommend setting aside extra time for the fitting of your dream dress. Enjoy it!
Can I visit your salon without an appointment?
There is always a sufficient number of assistants in our salon, happy to help you choose an evening or wedding dress. However, due to high demand we recommend booking an appointment in advance. Without a booking we unfortunately cannot guarantee a fitting slot.
